+ Is the Party Hosted on Zoom?

Yes! All of our live virtual packages are hosted using Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email.

+ How does it work?

Once you choose your date, time and character(s), we'll have you fill out a form to provide us some further details. You'll be taken to a page to pay the balance owing and confirm the party. You'll instantly receive a confirmation email with the zoom link and some details that you can forward to all of your guests. Everyone is instructed to click on the zoom link 10-15 minutes before the start of the party. The character(s) will be muted with their cameras off until it is time to start.

+ Who hosts and leads the party?

We do! Once you've booked and confirmed, you'll instantly receive the zoom link to join and send to your guests. Your guests can join 10-15 minutes early. Our character(s) will provide top level entertainment for the full duration of your booking. Younger kids may require some assistance with the unmuting process. Otherwise, all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

+ Won't the kids get bored?

Absolutely not! We guarantee that your little one and all of your guests will have a tremendous time. Our parties are action-packed, high-energy, fast-paced and magical. The time flies by and parents often tell us they wish the'd added more time.

+ What time zone are you in?

We are based out of Toronto, ON. We offer virtual parties, worldwide, for all time-zones. When you book online, you will be asked to fill in your time-zone, before you proceed.

+ Do the kids or grown-ups need to prepare anything?

All you and your guests need is a phone, tablet or laptop that can run the Zoom program. If you don't have a Zoom account, you can sign up for one at www.zoom.us. With the exception of any guests of honour (ie: The birthday child) the kids will be kept on mute for the most part so the character(s) can be heard. There will be opportunities for the guests to unmute and participate so a grown-up may need to be standing by to help with the unmuting process.

+ Are there interactive activities?

We aim for all the activities (storytelling, dancing, singing, games, magic etc) to be interactive and fun for the whole group.

+ Do you record the calls?

For liability purposes and for the privacy of our young friends, we do not record any of our calls. All participants are welcome to take photos and video of their screens from another device and screenshots if they wish. (We recommend that you do!)

+ What if the kids are shy?

There is no wrong way to react to a fairy tale character! Some kids are shy and quiet, some are super excited and can't stop talking. Our princess will adapt and make sure the party is very special!

+ Will all of the kids be on mute?

With the exception of any guests of honour (ie: The birthday child) the kids will be kept on mute for the most part so the character(s) can be heard. There will be opportunities for the guests to unmute and participate so a grown-up may need to be standing by to help with the unmuting process.

+ Can the guests join early?

The zoom call will be open approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the party. You and your guests are welcome to join the party 10-15 minutes before the start of the call to mingle and chat. The character(s) will appear on screen when it is time to begin the party.

+ Do you accommodate special requests?

If you would like us to give a shout out to someone or for the character to mention something specific during the call, simply put it into the form you fill out when you book and we will do our best to accommodate. If you would like the princess to do a special activity with the kids, please reach out to us, prior to booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

If you provide at least 48 hours notice, we can reschedule your booking or provide you with a credit, equal to the full value of your booking, for future use. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, we can provide you with a credit, equal to 50% of the full value of your booking, for future use.
